FAQs

Do I need a referral to see the doctor?

Without a referral you will not be able to claim at Medicare for your consultation meaning that you will not be able to get the Medicare rebate. It is therefore practice policy that we require an up to date referral prior to all appointments.

How long will I have to wait to see the doctor?

If you have an urgent matter please speak to our receptionists and we will do our best to organise an appointment as soon as possible.
